SACRED DANCE

From the northern courts of ancient India and the sensual Goddess Temples of Khajuraho, sacred dancer Zinnia brings you two forms of mystical dance and sacred beauty.  In SHAKTI FLOW we will awaken our spiritual power, connect to our inner self… and have fun! Expect to feel radiant, revitalized and energized.   The DANCE OF THE KAMA SUTRA will free you to experience your sensuality and create a deep connection with your sacred energies. Embrace your body through expressive movements, sensual gestures and erotic touch.

Zinnia is a priestess devoted to teaching the dance traditions of the East by treating dance as prayer and spiritual offering. Sacred Dance is a form of Ancient Temple Dance. The dancer becomes a channel for sacred Shakti energy to flow through the body, and open us to higher levels of being.

Zinnia will begin the Closing Ceremony at 19:30 by performing a beautiful sacred dance for TANIT: the Goddess of Ibiza.  She will dance for the Goddess as an ancient priestess asking for blessings of prosperity, joy and protection.

This Sacred Dance is an inspiration that arises from the temples of Egypt, the secret gardens of Persia, and the temples of India.  It celebrates the magic of the Priestess, the devotion of the Deva Dasi, and the celestial realms of the Apsara.
